The vinification of these wines is a mixture of great tradition and modern technology. Each vintage is subjected to several comparative tastings to refine the quality.             • Founded in 1858, Charles Bonvin is the oldest producer of Valais wines. Thus, Carolus Bonvin, then his descendants, were precursors in the profession that today makes the reputation of an entire canton. As owners of Charles Bonvin since 2009, the Rouvinez family ensures the preservation of the historical heritage of this great House while accompanying it into the 21st century.               • Founded in 1898, Imesch is closely linked to Sierre, the City of the Sun. Although L\u00e9opold Imesch, its founder, came from a family in the Upper Valais, he chose to settle here because of the quality of the terroir and the climate in the central Valais. Imesch cultivates particularly well exposed vineyards on the right side of the Rh\u00f4ne, some of which are over 50 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
