Eine von Werten gepr\u00e4gte Walliser Kellerei<\/h3>\n

Die 1874 von Alphonse Orsat in Martigny gegr\u00fcndete Caves Orsat ist eng mit Tausenden von kleinen Walliser Weinbauern verbunden. Gemeinsam haben sie ein Genossenschaftsmodell aufgebaut, das von menschlichen und sozialen Werten gepr\u00e4gt ist und ihren Wurzeln treu bleibt.<\/p>\n

Auch heute noch kaufen wir jedes Jahr die Weinlese von \u00fcber 1’100 Lieferanten, die zwischen Salgesch und Martigny verteilt sind. Diese starke Verbindung zu den lokalen Winzern spiegelt unser Engagement f\u00fcr den Qualit\u00e4tsweinbau wider.<\/p>\n

Ein sozialer und weinbaulicher Pionier<\/h3>\n

Alphonse Orsat<\/strong> war nicht nur ein Vision\u00e4r bei der Kreation au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Weine. Er war auch einer der ersten, der einen Vorsorgefonds f\u00fcr seine Angestellten einrichtete – ein f\u00fcr die damalige Zeit seltener sozialer Schritt. Dieses Engagement ist nach wie vor ein Kernst\u00fcck unserer Identit\u00e4t und wir sch\u00e4tzen weiterhin Praktiken, die nicht nur die Weinbautradition, sondern auch die Menschen, die sie erm\u00f6glichen, respektieren.<\/p>\n

Die Sch\u00e4tze unserer Winzer<\/h3>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Fendant 13 Etoiles und der D\u00f4le Romane seit fast einem Jahrhundert bekannt sind, wurde das Sortiment seit 1988 um die Primus-Classicus-Weine erweitert. Diese Linie besteht aus Weinen, die aus einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Auswahl des Leseguts der besten Winzer stammen. Sie setzt auf die autochthonen Walliser Spezialit\u00e4ten Arvine, Cornalin und Humagne rouge.<\/p>\n

Zwischen Tradition und Moderne<\/h3>\n

1981 zogen die Caves Orsat aus dem Stadtzentrum von Martigny in den S\u00fcdosten der Stadt um. Nach dem Tod des Gr\u00fcnders und nach einigen turbulenten Jahren wurden die Caves Orsat 1998 Teil der Familie Rouvinez.<\/p>\n

Das Haus Orsat hat somit \u00fcber die Reben und den Wein seit 150 Jahren die Identit\u00e4t eines ganzen Teils des Kantons Wallis gepr\u00e4gt. Soziale Verantwortung, Engagement, Qualit\u00e4t und Gr\u00fcndlichkeit<\/strong>: Das sind die Werte, die unsere Kellerei leiten.<\/p>\n
